HOW TO PREPARE YOGHURT

INGREDIENTS:
  1.  Powered or liquid milk.
  2. water thickener
  3. sugar
  4. flavour
  5. preservative.
METHOD:

Boil about 4liters of water.
Measure on tin of powdered milk (50g) and pour in the mixer (plastic bowl) and put in the 4liters of hot water to disolve the milk, stir very well to mix.
Now after stiring Then cover the mixer well and leave for 24hours (1day) in other to ferment.
  After 24hours, you filter the milk solution, then add dissolved thickener about 3 table spoon.
Add preservatives, sugar and flovour to you tast. Continue stiring untill it becomes creamy. Then put in a freezer to cold...CONGRATULATION YOU YOGHURT IS NOW READY TO SERVE
