- Baking powder (one table spoon).
- Wheat flour.
Mix baking powder (one table spoon) Yeast 1and half table spoon, add Wheat flour (10 cups) and also add sugar and milk (as desired) make sure you do this in a very clean bowl or basin. Add water to the mixtures to form a thick paste.
Then pour the mixture out of the bowl and place it on top of a well cleaned washed table. Now start rolling the mixture with a wooden pestle or bottle until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Make sure the mixture is well blended and thick and strong too. Get a cutting knife, with the cutting knife cut out the mixture in bits and design into shapes you desire and place in a tray, then fry them using groundnut oil, monitor it until it turns to yellow or brown color for good result, allow it to cool then its now ready to serve.
