HOW TO FRY AND PREPARE EGG ROLL

Egg roll is a snacks consisting of meat and vegetable usually made with Egg. this snacks is also one the sweetest food found in Chinese restaurant, preparing egg roll only takes couple of time and it is also very simple to learn. I will teach and out-line the process in which you can read and understand them.

 Things needed in preparation of Egg Roll.

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Flour 1kg
  2. Butter
  3. Flavour (as desire)
  4. sugar (as desire).
PREPARATION:


 Add the butter to the sugar, then add flour and baking powder, Mix each of them together Now Add flour and preservative. Add little water to the dough. Get a flat and clean table wet the table with some dry floor and put the dough on the table. Spread the dough out on the table with bottle. Now boil 4 or 5 eggs in a kettle or pot, arrange the dough in a straight or square form and put the boiled eggs inside in each of the arranged dough. Roll together, cut into size, and fry then using groundnut oil.
