SARDINE PREPARATION

Sardine is a type of oily fish within the family of clupeidae. Sardine fish can be use for meany things. There are many method of preparing sardine fish but the major method is what am about outline here, and it is very simple method.

MATERIALS:

  1. fish
  2. salt
  3. water
  4. onion
  5. cod liver oil
  6. vinegar.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

 Cut the fish and wash it thoroughly, place it in to container and add some water, then boil with salt. Continue bolling until the water is absorbed. Put the fish in a dry plate and top and top with cod liver oil and little vinegar. Then, cover up it can now be serve or sale.
